To configure your email account, please follow the steps below, replacing yourdomain.com with the name of the domain that you registered with us.
Step 1 - From the Tools menu, select Email Accounts
Step 2 - If you are modifying an existing account to make it compatible with the new Verinote Email Server (effective from January 2005), select View or change existing email accounts
...Or if you are setting up a new email account from scratch, select Add a new e-mail account.

Step 3a - Select the account that you want to modify...:
...or step 3b (setting up new account) - Select POP3 as the Server type.

Step 4 - In the Internet email settings window, see image below.
Incoming mail server (POP3) should be mail.yourdomain.com and Outgoing mail server (SMTP) should be smtp.yourdomain.com. The username and password is the same as advised when you set up your account.
Step 5 - Finally, click the More Settings... button and check the box that says My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and select Use same settings as my incoming mail server
Repeat steps 1-5 for each of your email accounts.
